Service Fees

All service fees are agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of any engagement. Fees are due as specified in your service agreement or invoice.

Refund Eligibility

  • Services have not yet commenced at the time of the refund request
  • A material failure by Selaras Group to deliver agreed services
  • Mutual agreement to terminate the engagement before completion

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Government fees and third-party charges paid on your behalf
  • Services that have been fully or substantially delivered
  • Administrative and consultation fees for completed work
