- Setelah layanan diberikan atau proyek dimulai, biaya tidak dapat dikembalikan.
Once a service has been delivered or a project has been initiated, fees are non-refundable.
- Refund untuk produk fisik/digital dapat diajukan dalam 7 hari kerja dengan syarat tertentu.
Refunds for physical/digital products may be requested within 7 business days under certain conditions.
- Refund tidak berlaku untuk layanan konsultasi yang dikustomisasi, retainer, atau biaya resmi pemerintah.
Refunds are not applicable for customized consulting services, retainers, or official government fees.
- Refund yang disetujui akan diproses melalui metode pembayaran yang sama (via Xendit) maksimal 14 hari kerja.
Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method (through Xendit) within 14 business days.
