Since PT Selaras International Group should be regarded as a significant enterprise, the minimum capital requirements are as follows:
– 10 billion IDR is the authorized capital.
– Of the permitted capital, 25% has been paid up and issued.
IDR 10 billion is the required minimum investment (excluding the purchasing of land and building).
After obtaining the business license, the company has one (one) year to complete the investment realization.
The shareholders must have injected their capital participation into the company’s bank account within 60 days of receiving MOLHR approval of the Deed of Establishment.
The minimum number of shareholders required by the company is 2 (two), and their minimum investment is IDR 10 million.
What are the requirements for office space, at a minimum?
It is customary for PT Selaras International Group to have a lease on a space that is at least 20 square meters and has a minimum of two desks. PT Selaras International Group are not permitted to utilize a virtual office as their primary address.
The tax office will issue a warning letter to the business if a tax return is not submitted by the specified deadline. The tax office will also charge an administrative fee for late tax filing submissions as well as a 2% monthly interest penalty on late payments, up to a maximum of 48%.
It depends on the company’s type of business because some businesses have restrictions on foreign capital ownership.

Other than the above sector, the business license application for PT Selaras International Group will be conducted at BKPM.
1.The deadline for submitting the LKPM (Investment report) is as follows:
I. First Quarter (January through March): April 10th
II. July 10th, second quarter (April-June)
III. October 10th, Third Quarter (July-Sept)
IV. January 10th, Fourth Quarter (October-December)
2.The business that has received permission to be exempt from import duties must submit the Import Realization Report (API Report).
3. The following companies shall submit their yearly reports to the ministry of trade:
A. Being a publicly traded company (PT. Tbk)
B. Being in the business of raising public funds
C. A business that issues letters of debt. a debtor whose yearly financial accounts must be audited by the Bank.
D. Possessing a total net worth of Rp. 25,000,000,000 (twenty five billion rupiah) or more, or a debtor whose yearly financial accounts must be audited by the Bank.
